Merit 0.5 G is a granular product that contains more Imidacloprid than standard store brand granulars. Merit systemic granules give long term control of lawn pests such as white grubs. The secret to control of white grubs (the immature larvae of Japanese Beetles, May/June Beetles, Chafers) is to use a systemic product at a specific time of the year.
